The OMNI theater is a unique feature that displays educational films that often correspond with their traveling exhibits. Their traveling exhibits consist of a wide variety where they have previously had a Butterflies Alive exhibit, CritterFest, The Amazing Castle, and many more.
Buddy Holly Center
The Buddy Holly Center is a museum dedicated to Buddy Holly's life in music and rock and roll. This is a place that allows for performing along with an art exhibit. The best way to spot the museum is locating Buddy's iconic glasses outside.
Adventure Park
Adventure park has a wide variety of things to do that are unique to Lubbock. Taking a trip with the school of family you can enjoy arcade games, climbing course, mini golf, go carts, and more.
Texas Tech Museum and Ranching Heritage Center
The Texas Tech Museum features a wide variety of historic and traveling exhibitions. There is a moody planetarium that has music and light shows.
The Ranching Heritage Center is located next to the museum off of 4th street and displays an outdoor museum unique to Lubbock and West Texas history. They host events but the most prevalent in the community is the Carol of the Lights each Christmas.
